Where are you from? – Santo
Domingo, Dominican Republic, Raised in Naha, Japan.
How old are you? 17
When did you start playing
the game? 12.
What made you interested
in playing basketball? My father.
Do you remember your first organized basketball game? Yes.
How did you play and how
did it make you feel? I played below average,
but I realized I was improving everytime I dribbled
a basketball.
When did you begin to take basketball seriously and why? – I
started taking it seriously my freshman year
of High School, after a couple of people saw
tremendous potential in me.
Does your family support you playing basketball? – Definately.
What influenced you to play basketball? – Mostly
my father, an avid basketball player, and realizing
i could make it my sport.
What is your favorite aspect
of playing basketball? The pulse and speed
of the game.
What is your motivation to play? – Players
in my situation who overcame tremendous adversity
and ultimately accomplished their goal like Jordan,
Lebron, and Yuta Tabuse.
What are your habits before a game? – To
Pray.
What is your favorite hobby? – Basketball
of course, and Eating...lol..
Do play other sports competitively, which sports? – Soccer,
Wrestling.
What is your favorite food to eat before and after games? –
Chinese or Japanese Food.
What is your favorite pre-game music? – Pharrell's "You
Can Do It Too"
Do you have any religious background and basketball? – am
a proud Catholic.
How often do you workout? – Every
Day, my body is important to the success I KNOW
I have coming.
Do you have a partner or on your own? – Often
alone, but sometimes with a partner.
Have you gotten seriously injured? – Yes,
broken ankle during a team practice.
What are your strong points in basketball? – My
tremendous athleticism, such as my running and
jumping ability, my defense, and slashing to the
rim.
Do you consider yourself healthy and why? – I
consider myself too healthy without realizing it...I
love to eat, and most of my favorite foods are
healthy, such as rice, and broccoli.

Your favorite basketball gear brand? – Nike.
What size shoe do you wear? – 12,
I bill myself as a 13, though.
Life
Do you have many friends who don’t play basketball? – Yes.
What is life outside of basketball for you? – Besides
basketball, my school, and my friends....Pretty
typical.
Do you get a lot of attention
because you play basketball? – I
didnt until I started dunking, And I'm still
pretty much overlooked as a basketball player,
but I know I have the ability to change it.
What are your plans after your basketball career is over? – To
stay in Japan, and take care of my family.
Is basketball your life? -
Yes, it's all I think about.
Where has basketball taken you? – It
has taken me many places within myself, But I
havent gotten the chance to go anywhere besides
other High Schools because I just recently started
to play organized.
Have you traveled a lot through
basketball? If so, where have you been and which
are your favorite places? – Not
really, I will someday.
Do you have children? No, I will in the future.
Have you made mistakes in
your life that has affected your career? If you
would like to go into detail please explain. Yes,
I wish i would have started playing earlier in
my life, but I know it isnt too late, I can tell
because I am on the same skill level as many
Varsity HS or JuCO players. Just have to get
a chance to show it.
What is your basketball standing
now? High school, college, professional, semi pro
or retired? I am a High School Player hoping
to comeback stronger than ever next season, following
a one-season absence.
What are your personal goals
as a player? To become the best player
I can be, and inspire other people through my
imminent success.
What are your basketball dreams? – Ultimately,
the NBA, but realistically, to play JuCo Ball,
and land a spot on a Japanese team, (Niigata Albirex)
Are you happy with your basketball game? - Somewhat, that will change next year though.
Have you received many accolades
and honors through basketball? Not now,
but I can assure you I will later.
